Here is some interesting news about our Global Experience Panel project from HEC Montréal.
After a technological infrastructure development period and the recruitment of partner companies, the Global Experience Panel begins its activities.
More than 10 companies in various business sectors are already guaranteed partners for this project. These companies combine a human capital of more than 2,500 employees who will become panelists for the various research projects that will be conducted over the coming years.
Two projects are in the start-up phase and will allow our partners to get strategic information on the various human capital issues they face (organizational and team commitment, retention, leadership, employee well-being, productivity, etc.)
The Global Experience Panel team from HEC Montréal wishes to sincerely thank their current partners for the trust they have in this research project of international scope.
For companies who wish to join the project, it is not too late as the enrolment of new partners is done on an ongoing basis. Moreover, more than 75 organizations have already introduced discussions with us to join the panel.
Participating companies will receive highly valued information about their human capital throughout the project that will last several years.
Actually, three types of information will be provided to our partners: dashboards on the health status of each participating work team, strategic information on all the studied topics and exclusive information sessions on the research results conducted by various experts.
