INNOVATE

In a world where the scarcity of human resources is becoming a norm, employee commitment and wellbeing are fundamental strategic issues for all organizations.

The labor market now includes several generations of workers, each with their own aspirations and needs regarding employment.

By participating to the research projects of the Global Experience Panel from HEC Montréal, you get a unique opportunity to acquire crucial knowledge on your human capital and on a continuous basis for the next few years.

This project is for organizations of all sizes who have one common goal: to innovate in their human resources management.
